How long until my order ships?
Every item is made to order. Most items ship in about 3 to 10 business days, depending on the item. Delivery time is added on top of that and depends on your location and the carrier.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart. In the US it starts at US$5.99 for most items (US$8.99 for any number of cards and chips), and orders of US$100 or more ship free. International rates depend on the country and are shown at checkout; we ship to 75 countries. See the Shipping page for the full list.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our items are made by different print partners, each specializing in one type of product. If your order includes, for example, cards and a desk mat, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate packages on different days. Each type of item has its own shipping charge, and the charges are added together at checkout.
Do the products contain spoilers?
Some do. Each listing has a spoiler line that says how far into the novel the product reaches. Card products also mark late-story cards on the cards or packaging.
Can I return an item if it does not fit or I change my mind?
Because every item is made to order for you, we cannot accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size details on each listing before ordering. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund it. See our Returns page.
Is this official merchandise?
No. Blood Sea Co. is an unofficial fan project. We are not affiliated with Gu Zhen Ren or the publishers of Reverend Insanity.
