Fate Gu Major Arcana Deck with Rigid Box

The Fate Gu deck recasts the 22 Major Arcana in the world of Reverend Insanity. Each card pairs a tarot archetype with a subject from the novel and gives upright and reversed meanings plus a lore line with chapter references. The Magician is the Aperture, opened by Hope Gu (ch 5). The Star is Hope Gu rising from the moon orchids as dots of light (ch 4–5). The Moon is the Moonlight Gu (ch 8). The Hanged Man is the Spring Autumn Cicada (ch 1). The Empress is Hu Immortal Blessed Land, with its pink crystal peak above a sea of flowers (ch 366). The Devil is the crystal Blood Skull Gu (ch 193).

The Wheel of Fortune is Fate Gu itself, a black-and-white spider marked by a scarlet wound (ch 780). The World shows the five regions and their walls. The card back is symmetrical, so reversed cards read cleanly. An insert card lists which cards stay within the early story, so new readers can set the rest aside.
